Shipping & Delivery
This page explains how Inds-Well Labs handles packing, dispatch, and delivery of online orders.
Processing and Shipping
- Orders are usually processed within a specified number of working days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Orders are shipped through reputed courier or logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery timelines vary by region; metro and nearby locations may receive parcels faster than distant or remote areas.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout, and free-shipping thresholds may be offered.
Tracking and Delays
- Once an order is dispatched, customers receive tracking details by SMS, email, or through their account section.
- Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond the company’s control such as weather, strikes, transport issues, or regulatory checks.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact information and to be available at the time of delivery.
- If a parcel is returned because of incorrect address, repeated non-availability, or refusal to accept without valid reason, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
